RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please note, sale items are not eligible for return.
To qualify for a full refund or exchange, you must return your items within 10 working days of the original shipment date.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or completely new item, please email info@as-she-dreams.com. We will provide you with a return address alongside an exchange form to fill in and include in the mailing bag when you are returning your order. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return, we will process your exchange within 1-3 working days.
We only offer exchanges for our UK customers. If you are an international customer and would like to exchange your item for a different size or completely new item, please return your items for a full refund and then place a new order.
Returns:
If you would like to return your item for a full refund, please email info@as-she-dreams.com. We will provide you with a return address alongside a return form to fill in and include in the mailing bag when you are returning your order. Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within 1-3 working days. Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment and may take 7-10 working days to appear in your account. Please note that your refund will not include the original cost of shipping.
Our policy:
We only accept returns & exchanges that are in their original condition i.e. new, unworn, unwashed and unstained alongside their original packaging and completed return or exchange form within 10 working days of the original shipment date. Returns will only be accepted when tags have remained attached to items. We reserve the right to reject a return or exchange if it is not in original condition. Please note that sample items are not eligible for return.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. To ensure we receive your return, we advise retuning it via a tracked postal method. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which have not be returned via a tracked postal method.
