SHIPPING

We are based in UK and ship worldwide.

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information, once your order has been processed and dispatched. 

All UK orders are shipped with:

• Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - with an aim to deliver next day including Saturdays.
• Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery - with an aim to deliver in two to three working days including Saturdays.

All international orders are shipped with either Royal Mail International Standard or Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. Europe delivery aim is 3-5 working days. Worldwide delivery including USA and Australia aim is 5-7 working days. 

For certain items, added shipping options may be available at checkout and will vary depending on your location. 

Please note that the cost of shipping does not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer.

The cost of shipping for both UK and International countries is non-refundable. as she dreams is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels during transit as well as parcel delays outside of the advised time frames.
